Privacy & data protection
This page summarises how NeuroCourse treats personal data. The full privacy notice and the data processing agreement are shared with the institution and signed before a pilot begins. Turkish institutions are covered under KVKK, Türkiye's data protection law.
- 01The product is not built on student accounts; no student identity or face is processed.
- 02The signal is produced at class level and anonymously — no individual student profile is kept.
- 03Class rosters, raw camera feeds and full lesson transcripts are not required by default.
- 04A name-stripping layer runs over text entering the system; it is defined in the product's architecture.
- 05Data boundaries, retention periods and consent flows are agreed with the institution in writing before a pilot.
- 06The report supports a decision; it does not grade students or produce automated assessments.
- 07At the end of a pilot, data is deleted or anonymised at the institution's direction.
Technical basis: data minimisation and name-stripping measures are defined in the product's current architecture. Write to us with any question or request.
